• Late payments may incur fees. Title to equipment remains with Moore Air & Heat until paid in full.

Changes & Cancellations

Requested changes to scope may affect pricing and timelines. Cancellations may be subject to restocking fees for ordered equipment or charges for work performed.

Warranties

Manufacturer warranties apply to equipment as specified by the manufacturer. Our workmanship is warranted for a limited period as stated on your invoice. Damage caused by misuse, neglect, or unauthorized modification is excluded.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Moore Air & Heat is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

Service Termination

We may suspend or terminate service for non-payment, unsafe conditions, or breach of these Terms. You may terminate service by written notice; charges may apply for work already performed or equipment ordered.
