FAQ

Questions we hear a lot

How often should I have my system serviced?

Twice a year: a cooling check in the spring and a heating check in the fall.

Why does my AC drain line keep clogging?

In a humid climate the drain line carries a lot of water, and algae and sludge build up inside it. A clogged line can shut the system down or leak into the ceiling, so clearing it is part of every tune-up.

What comes with a maintenance plan?

Seasonal tune-ups, filter replacement, priority scheduling and a performance report after each visit. Ask us for current plan pricing.
